Friends of Lakeside Park Mission Statment

Lakeside Park is a legacy. It is the backyard for the citizens of Fond du Lac; created, developed, and nurtured over decades of City and volunteer oversight.

We commit to continue that legacy for future generations, in partnership with the City and the citizens who use it, love it, maintain it, and find solace within it.

Purpose Statment

Friends of Lakeside Park is a 501(c)(3) organization whose specific purpose shall be to preserve the significant historic public landscape, protect the environmental integrity, and enhance public recreational use of Lakeside Park in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, through community education which encourages awareness and public involvement.
